To preface, this review is being written for nothing in return and no strings attached. My wife and I stumbled upon Casey because he was nice enough to have answered the phone one afternoon when we were calling for another agent. He was personable and patient from the start. Though a young man, he's one of those young people who the term 'old soul' was coined. The process of finding just the right property for us lasted a little more than eight months. Due to our inexperience in second home buying, we introduced issues which Casey always handled in stride and with a smile. The market was heating up and as a result, we lost several houses during the six and a half hour drive up to Murphy. On numerous occasions, Casey spent entire days with us, a few nights leaving after eleven p.m. He gently advised us on strategy changes, filmed homes for us, ran interference with other agents, fielded complaints and frustrations, and diligently searched inventory while we were away. In short, we couldn't have been more pleased with his patience, knowledge of the area, weaknesses in certain home designs, etc. etc., etc. The quality we appreciated most was his commitment to staying in touch between visits and during the bid process. We eventually found the mountain home of our dreams and I don't think we could have pulled it off without this young man's patience and perseverance. We couldn't recommend him more highly. Casey pays attention to detail. When he doesn’t know the answer to a question, he takes the time to do the research. He also worked patiently with the seller’s agent to help resolve legal issues.
